The Hawks will sign defensive tackle Fletcher Cox to a one-year, $14 million deal with the team. Cox, 31, was a six-time Pro Bowl selection and a four-time All-NBA selection. In his career, Cox completed 58 sacks and 142 hits to the quarterback. In addition, the Hawks signed running back Boston Scott to a one-year deal.

The Panthers will sign cornerback Donte Jackson to a three-year deal. Jackson was the second-round pick of the Panthers in 2018 and has been plagued by injuries so far in his career. He had 12 interceptions in his career, including four in his rookie season.

The Rams will trade wide receiver Robert Woods to the Titans for a 2023 sixth-round pick.

The Packers re-signed cornerback Rasul Douglas to a three-year, $21 million contract, with incentive bonus clauses added to a total salary of up to $25.5 million.

The Falcons signed all-around offensive player Cordarrelle Patterson to a two-year, $10.5 million contract. Patterson had 618 rushing yards and six touchdowns for the Falcons last season, and also received 548 yards and five touchdowns.

The Bills will acquire Brown backup quarterback Case Keenum in a seven-round pick in 2022 and also plan to re-sign Matt Barkley. The pair will serve as backups for Josh Allen.
